Five facts about Italian Lunch:
Italians make their food from scratch. They shop for groceries daily and all their food is fresh.
Italians also eat full meals for lunch. They eat slowly to better enjoy them. Italians also enjoy family recipes rather then online ones. They pass them down from generation to generation. Also, in Italy wine is considered a food. It is drunk with meals. Kids under thirteen may have wine mixed with a little water at all meals. In Italy, companies by law must provide a cafeteria providing warm food to employees, or provide them with meal coupons for nearby restaurants. Many small businesses also allow workers to go home from one to three to eat lunch, and come back.
